Green Cllr Helen Davidson is working hard with local residents in opposition for a planned new incinerator in Carlisle.
Following opposition from Helen, the Environment Agency extended its permit application for a month. This is to take into account various issues and is welcome news as it allows residents more time to understand the issues and get any objections or concerns to the EA.
